2. Architectural Blueprints & Intellectual Property

All drawings, CAD layouts, CNC timber cutlists, thermodynamic calculations, essays, photographs, and architectural renderings displayed on this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Nordic Hearth & Timberworks Ltd. and protected under international copyright treaties:

• Single-Site License: Blueprints purchased or commissioned are granted under a non-transferable, single-structure license for one specific geographic plot.
• Prohibition on Resale: You may not repackage, re-license, redistribute, or publish digital design packages online without written authorization from our Guildmaster.

3. Structural Safety, Fire Codes & Local Permitting Disclaimer

Wood-fired sauna stoves generate temperatures exceeding 100°C and produce combustible flue gases. While our blueprints adhere strictly to Baltic joinery standards (EN 15821 / CE):

• You are solely responsible for obtaining necessary local building permits, setbacks from property lines, and environmental clearances in your jurisdiction.
• Firebox clearances, chimney fire-stop shields, non-combustible floor pads, and fresh air intake vents must be installed strictly by certified local masonry or heating contractors.
• We disclaim all direct or indirect liability for property damage, flue fires, or personal injury resulting from improper stove operation, unapproved structural modifications, or uncertified installations.

4. Health & Contrast Therapy Medical Advisory

Content regarding cold plunge therapy, vascular vasoconstriction, and intense steam bathhouses is provided strictly for educational purposes. Individuals with cardiovascular conditions, hypertension, pregnancy, or respiratory ailments must consult a certified medical practitioner prior to participating in extreme thermal contrast routines.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdictional Venue

These Terms shall be construed and enforced exclusively in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of Estonia and the European Union. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Harju County Court in Tallinn, Estonia.
